In Ephrata, turn left onto 1st Ave NW. After 1.2 miles, the road will change to Sagebrush Flats Rd. Follow this road for 11.4 miles until it turns into B-SE Rd. After 2.3 miles, turn left onto Sagebrush Dr. Travel 1000 feet west, and turn left. On the right, you'll see a paved road but on the left, it'll be a dirt road. Drive south 300 feet and turn left and proceed another 350 feet east. You'll be at the northern border of the property. See Map for details.
THE PROPERTY: This spacious 1.2 acre parcel of land is located in the Rimrock Meadows HOA for access to the clubhouse amenities including pool, laundry, bathhouse, and BBQ facilities for the whole family.
